One 2 – 3 hour meeting ideally held between 32 – 35 weeks.
- Explanations on what to expect in labor and the delivery room
- Discussion on forming your goals and how to reach them
- Handouts to refer to as you enter the final days of pregnancy
- Limited email and phone availability prior to labor beginning
- Option to add in person birth doula services if there is availability
