Sleep deprivation is a huge concern for many new parents because we know that adjusting to a newborn sleep schedule can be a rough transition for most adults. Waking up feeling rested is a real goal on most days. As your postpartum doula, I work to support your sleep schedule so that you can focus on bonding with your baby. In a free consultation, I learn your goals and needs, then adjust my suggestions for supporting you. Maybe your partner is heading back to work and you could use an extra set of hands. Maybe you are looking for emotional support knowing that caring for a newborn can be a challenge. Maybe you have other children at home and would love some help with the laundry and errands. I’m there to support you day or night helping to keep the house running while you recover and bond with your newest family member.
